I agree with one of the other posters - you dont have long covid (yet).
I'm vaccinated, had very mild symptoms (still run during) and it took me 3ish weeks after testing negative to start feeling normal again.
FWIW also try not to stress over it too much, you'll only work yourself up and maybe overthink how you're feeling!
The only cure for long covid is to wear a mask while driving alone and/or wear a mask outside and never come within 50 feet of another person.
