I’m 15 and just tested negative about 2 weeks ago. I feel like it is still affecting my running. Before covid my easy run pace was about 7:30-8:00 and now those paces feel like a tempo. Earlier this week I tried and workout of 6x800 with 2 mins rest and after 5 I called it quits. I averaged like 3:12 and it felt very hard. I also just went on a long run and decided that I would run fast on the last mile and after running at 6 min pace for about 45s I almost threw up and couldn’t see for a few seconds. I just want to get back to normal and was wondering what I can do to help me get there
