What’s better? Spikes or vaporflys/alphaflys/streakflys on a cross country course? And if spikes… what spikes?

Vaporflys and especially Alphaflys suck on grass. Feels like your sinking. Haven't tried the Streakflys yet.
Dragonflys would be great for a well manicured course. Other ]wise go with a traditional XC spike.
If you run on mostly dirt trail XC courses that have relatively good surfaces, then Vaporflys.
At Eastbay West regionals last year, almost all the qualifiers had them. Only Pala still wore them at Balboa Park for nationals since it has a lot of grass and difficult surfaces.
