The woman announcer spends the whole race discussing anecdotes and quotes. It's so frustrating. RG3 tried to get her to actually discuss race tactics and she immediately evaded and inserted another quote.

Wow, Duncan Hamilton is a tough dude. I thought he was gonna take it
Looks like he stuttered the last barrier. Man that's tough
Wow. 825 for 8th. That has to be the fastest 8th ever right?
Ahmed Jaziri won with a time of 8:18.7!
Very gutsy. Nice work, three under 8:20.
Props to Duncan Hamilton for pushing the entire race to PBs galore.
Top 5 all hit the world standard of 8:22.00. S/o Hamiltom for making it fast like he said in his interview the other day
World standard too!
the excitement with which the announcer declared Jaziri had moved up from No. 5 to No. 4 on the all time Tunisian list was.... baffling.
and then she proceeded to praise him for moving out to lane 2 in the final meters because the others would have had to go around him.
it's just nonsense after nonsense. Please take this broadcast away from ESPN!!!!!
Awesome race. Men’s NCAA Steeple is a lot different than even just 5-10 years ago
What happened to basten?
I have to watch again but I think he was in that box before the bell. He kept taking lead, slowing it down, but finally let someone get in front of him and the box formed around him.
Some rando guy who runs. wrote:

Is anyone watching on the $10 game pass website? They’re not showing NCAAs anymore..
