Brosephine, sounds like you need a routine. Why not just set a small goal like running 4 times a week, 2 miles a time. Just do that. And then if you've enjoyed that, build on it. Running is meant to be something you enjoy, so do what you enjoy. Do you like track sessions? Running off-road? A certain loop or route or favourite park? Think of your favourite run and then go and do that. Make it enjoyable and nice but don't overdo it.
