He's old but still kind of fit. I say 4:30. In his prime, Ali would have been sub-3.

Not so.
I read a story once, in front of the cameras Ali told the press he was going out for a 6-8 mile training run.
He ran down the road for a mile, and as soon as the cameras were out of sight, he jumped into a waiting limo.
True story.
He might be in 4:30 shape but he would never know it.
My prediction is that he would run a half mile from the start and forget what he was doing.
The man's mind is FINE. The motor skills are gone due to the Parkinson's. He's still sharp as nails, if you ever were lucky enough to meet him and embrace him--as I did, and will always remember it--you'd understand how great this man is.

I assume that is a joke.
Ali could not possibly finish a marathon today. In fact there have been recent reports that he has only a few months to live.
Even in his prime I am guessing he would be about a 4:30 marathoner.
Since he's not running it, "will" is the wrong word.
Perhaps you meant "would"
Ya gotta think his Parkinsons sure the f*** isn't making him faster.
