I saw this book on amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/073605362X/ref=ord_cart_shr/104-0565338-2060760?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glance&n=283155) and was wondering if anyone had any opinions about it. I would also like to know, if possible, how it compares to the second edition of Daniels Running Formula. I am looking for a training guide to help me improve my running form and speed (I have been running for 7 years. I run marathons and just completed my first 50k).
