"The couple held a festive reception at the Marriott Hotel in Providence later that evening, which included an Irish lap dancing performance, a gift from the bride to the groom."
That would have been so much better gift.

I could understand Irish dancing or Irish tap dancing, but Irish lap dancing?
Irish Lap Dancing?
Now being an man from a long line of Irishman myself I can only assume that it must have involved involved beer, a slap in the face, and a thick bottomed woman.
The article said they had "a 41 minute ceremony".
What's up with that? Did they run a stopwatch on it or something? How many seconds. Was it a PR?

A group of runners. Of course they had a watch on it. 3 in fact. And a photo finish. And a DQ (for unnecessary roughness). And Mark passed the dope test.
