Anyone know anything about this shoe? Nike had an ad in RW about it, but I can't find anything on the website. All the online info about the shoe is in other languages. Looks like Nike used some of the Free technology.

Here you go.
UPPER: An anatomically molded external heel counter wraps the heel for an exception-conforming fit and is combined with a Nike innersleeve construction with a glove-like fit ~ An internal EVA footbed under the sockliner enhances cushioning and comfort
MIDSOLE: A soft PU crash pad at the initial impact zone absorbs impacts forces and slows pronation and is combined with a Phylon midsole and midfoot shank to give a durable and smooth ride from initial impact to toe off ~ The midsole houses a full-length Zoom Air unit to give a uniform and responsive ride
OUTSOLE: BRS 1000 rubber at the initial impact zone for abrasion resistance is combined with a Duralon material forefoot pad for added cushioning and a Phylite lateral forefoot for cushioning and durability
PROFILE: A neutral cushion shoe for the high mileage runner who seeks maximum cushion and a smooth and durable ride.

Looks pretty ugly to me. Nothing like the Free
In English Baxter, you know I don't speak Spanish!
I don't think it's anything like the free -- it was marketed to our store as Nike's response to the nimbus, a high-end durable cushioned/neutral shoe. It's out 1/1/06. The women's version is called the "Percept."
We weren't that impressed by it.
Looks alot like the Structure 9.
If you look at the ad in RW (that great source for recipes and all things jogging-related) Nike describes the grooves in the sole (like the Free) and talks about your foot controlling the shoe.
I don't love or hate Nike, but it is funny that they are so busy with concept shoes while there are bazillions of 2100s, Nimbuses, Adrenalines, Wave Riders, Nirvanas being sold. Not that all of their shoes are terrible, but I can't think of one category (cushion, stability, support, lightweight) where they are higher than #3 or #4 in my store. I will give credit for the awesome streak xc, though.
