Just saw the same post of him hawking the iFit bike. It was honestly kind of sad to see — you can tell he doesn’t actually care about the product. Even beyond that, he’s clearly gotten to the point where he needs to “sell out” to keep the ball rolling on the channel.
You know what would help him sleep great? Beam Dream CBD!!! Just mix up the chocolate peppermint goodness right before bedtime and enjoy a great night's sleep! All the cool running influencer/athletes are using it.
Sage you must get a real kick reading the cleverly goofy stuff that gets posted here
Thanks - hadn't read that. Think it's fair overall. It's within the bounds of possibility but in danger of being missed.
Just so you guys know someone posted about all the hurtful stuff you said about Seth in his Facebook group and you guys are getting absolutely roasted over there.
Facebook? Ok boomer
So, someone on his FB group posts a bunch of stuff about how LRC users predict that he will fall short of the OTQ, that he trains incorrectly, that he looks tired from burning the candle at both ends, that he looks disinterested when pimping NordicTrack equipment, etc.. SJD's fans on his private FB group disagree and that is "roasting"? If the FB comments are anything like the YT comments, then it is nothing but attaboys, positive platitudes, and "don't let those haters get you down, DGR STRONG!!!".
Let's see what happens in Rotterdam, shall we? Will the predictions of knowledgeable LRC posters that are/were high performers and coaches be correct? Or will the wishful thinking and faith of the DGR Family prevail?
Last year before NYC someone legit asked him on Strava why he was doing so many long runs at 8:30-9:30 min/mile, and suggested adding more speedwork. The guy got obliterated by his fanbois for being a "hater". SJD of course didn't reply.
"Hurtful"? It's mostly constructive criticism and analysis here, not "hate" or "hurtful stuff". If he can't handle critiques of his training methods, that's his insecurity. He is basically showing that he is uncoachable if his feelings are getting hurt.
Probably same people that jump all over anyone who questions his approach on Strava.
The diehard Stan’s are gonna diehard Stan for their man.
But still getting the big thins wrong. He's a joke.
This morning’s vlog is a doozy! Several minutes of SJD walking around his house with a headlamp hanging around his neck while he warms up his coffee. Then a rambling screed filmed in two different venues plus his car on the four attributes that a good coach must have. Sadly, detailed and deep understanding of training principles not amongst that list.
Get those credit cards out, DGR Fam! Clueless Uncle Seth seems to be entering the coaching business.
Sage, what do you think about Seth's 4-5 hours/night of sleep?
Imagine paying someone for coaching and he just sends you out on a bunch of zone 1 jogs for hours on end each week. Just keeps stuffing you full of bobo's and butter. Don't worry, you'll get that BQ! Just stay strong brother! And keep that wallet handy!

Don't forget to retire your shoes at 50 miles and to just "wing it" as far as pacing on race day!
Funny thing about this Nordiktrack is that while Sage is doing some real workouts on a threadmill and asking for one , Seth received one and walk backward on it once in a while .
"Closest thing I've had to a coach is you dude. You and David goggins" .....
..... comment of the day..... enuff said
Canaday (age 36 which I believe is one year younger than Seth): Canaday’s Best 10,000 m is better than his 5000 m. He gets maximum points, 1025, for his 2:18:24 marathon.
