I have COVID this week and it looks like I'll run a whopping 11 miles out of the 70 I had planned for the week. This was supposed to be my biggest week of mileage before tapering for my goal 5k race February 19th. Do I:
a) Push the goal race back a week along with the training? (Run 70 miles next week)
b) Keep the goal race where it is, and just run the next 3 weeks as scheduled? (Forget about this week)
c) Push the goal race back 2-4 weeks and rewind training accordingly to ensure a proper taper?
