so I have been going on 6 months with a Satorious muscle injury (according to the massage therapist). It hurts at the inside of my left knee when I flex my quad, when get up from sitting, etc...I thought it was going to go away on its own. I did massage therapy this week and it feels better but have not run much more than 20 miles per week (taking it easy and cautious) since August 2021. I have not gotten an MRI or anything of that sort. Any advice on how to recover from this?
