She’s still on the Brooks Beast website roster…didn’t they take Spencer off almost right away when he left the team?
LOL her contract will. not be renewed is the fact. She fired no one.

Probably BS, although I think Athlete Special should start a B- or C-team Bosshard group centered around Allie O.
Live look-in
Probably still alive. I ran past her not too long ago.

Imagine Spencer pops off this year and all of a sudden his dad becomes a world class coach. Would be scenes. Keithman elite or OldManKeith TC

Ha! Keith is the star of the show; love seeing him get appearances on the channel
Hilarious. I developed osteoporosis at 22 from undereating and overtraining, and have spent a combined total of years being hospitalized trying to undo damage. Meanwhile, my overweight dad (since childhood) has had no major health issues (or even notable minor ones) in his 70 years.
One of my grandfathers smoked his entire life and died at 92. My other grandfather never smoked but died of lung cancer at 67.
So you don't believe science and the CDC? Is Covid real? Did we land on the moon? I guess not because you haven't had Covid and haven't been to the moon.

Ok, this is science. Covid has a 99% survival rate. What about that science?
That is absolutely. 99.9999% of people survive undereating. Hundreds of thousands will die from Covid while only hundreds will die of eating disorders. Millions will die from diabetes and heart disease and cancer and other things directly related to obesity.

I agree. Based on facts… Underrating is not a big problem. Covid is not a big problem unless you live in a nursing home. Overeating and eating bad food is a massive problem that costs our nation trillions of dollars and tens of millions of lives.

99% of health problems in the US result from overeating. Almost none result from undereating. Yet a sponsor can make these demands. Imagine if they demanded female runners not gain a certain amount of weight because it causes injuries and many other health problems.
I don't think that stat is accurate, but regardless, in a population of serious distance runners I'd bet that many more injuries arise as a result of undereating than overeating. Among runners obviously this looks like stress fractures as a result of low bone density and other things, but among the general population underweight folks have a higher mortality rate than overweight folks, and all the complications and caveats and contributing factors that accompany being underweight also apply to those who are severely overweight.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
