How do you incorporate hill sprints (10 seconds with full recovery) and heavy leg lifting into a weekly schedule? Must they be separated by an easy day like you would heavy weight training sessions?
Is it advisable to do something like this?

Mon: Easy Run + hill sprints
Tue: Tempo + heavy leg and upper body lifts
We’d: Easy
Thu: Easy Run + hill sprints
Fri: Intervals + heavy leg and upper body lifts
Sat: Easy
