I was Injured for around 5-6 months with a fracture and got cleared to run very recently. I ran like twice and felt pretty good, but then I got new shoes and ran again and my heel has bad pain. Each of these runs were around a mile and every other day. It has only been a week since the pain started and it is just as bad if not worse. I haven’t run since a .5 mile run on Thursday. I believe it is plantar because it is better with stretching and worse in the morning. I still attend PT so I will ask my PT tomorrow but I don’t know what to do. Any advice on stretching and stuff or am I overthinking this
