are you drunk? MN is definitely not at elevation. the twin cities is at like 900'
I run in anything going down to around -40 F. Just wear the right clothing and make sure the wind isn't to bad.

That what I do during the winter. On days when I can't run because the roads are too slippery to run, I cross country ski instead. So much more fun than running on the treadmill and a great workout too!
