Does anyone have any knowledge to what's happening with this position? Is it actually open or they just posting it so they can give it to someone else on staff?
Aaron holds a clip board. He is an assistant. Not a head coach or a director
I love the "holds and stopwatch/clipboard" phrase. It just goes to show how little people actually know about how programs operate.
99% of the people that talk on here about a coach are on the outside looking in and bitter so they talk crap to defame someone. No one cares about a letsrun opinion.

It’s been up for a bit so my guess is actually open, that ad in not super proactive and the school is not a destination so I would assume they didn’t have some epic plan set up… but I don’t know any specifics.

That position is a revolving door and they've hired anyone from a high school coach to someone like Aaron Braun. Definitely consider applying if you are looking to get a chance at a D1 distance job. This position is a lot more accessible than it seems, but you probably won't have much in the way of scholarship.

I wonder why it seems to be a revolving door. Seems they have a new coach in there every 3 to 5 years.
