Hi! I want to test my 5k next friday. I run about 50km per week in the last month, with one track session (I basically copied the " 5 Speed Workouts for 5/10km" by Canova on SweatElite) and one long run. My last two long runs were 20km at 5:15/km and 17km at 5:08/km. Today I run 3x1600m at 6:08 average (3:50/km) with 90 seconds rest.
What time should I aim for? Could sub 20 be possible?
