Why don't you just adjust your imaginary marathon PR downward to something under 2:32?

That thread where the guy has the goal of being within 2x of the men'a WRs got me thinking about other multipliers. Here is the list for 1.25. I'm assuming lots of folks here have done these as lifetime PRs... what about wishing a 2-3 year period?
100 - 11.98
200 - 23.99
400 - 53.79
800 - 2:06.14
1500 - 4:17.5
5000 - 15:44.2
10000 - 32:43.8
MR - 2:32:03
For fun here are the LJ and HJ
LJ - 6.71 (22')
HJ - 1.84 (6'0.5")
I ignored the steeple, hurdles and other field events because I got tired of doing math.
I've assembled this list with the corresponding point values from the 2017 IAAF scoring table.
100m - 11.98 (620)
200 - 23.99 (672)
400 - 53.79 (648)
800 - 2:06 (620)
1500m - 4:17 (666)
5000 - 15:44 (683)
10000m - 32:43 (738)
Marathon - 2:32:03 (801)
I'm amazed you were able to jump 23-4 off that 100 and vertical jumping ability. I was much faster at 100 and jumped much higher but never put together a LJ that far. Well done dude.
Had to wait until college but I got 100 - 1500. I am more of an ex-speedster. I came close in the 5000 with a 15:19 3 mile split in X-C. Don't know how accurate the split was, but I'll take it. My half and full marathons are average 1:16:54 and 3:07+
