Alberto's penalty has everything to do with the decade Plus slanderous libelous whatever anonymous smearing on this website, the fact that Alberto's personality and behavior is often thought of an a-hole.
Malcolm gladwell made a very strong point, Alberto is not a shortcut guy. He wasn't looking for ways to just take some EPO and ask it and make guys faster.
His whole driving value was to help athletes recover and maintain their health. Because that avoids injury.
