Berlin is a pilot project and will likely take place. I think London will take place too. London has a new Covid concept. No pacemaker, medal in kit bags ...
It was already closed to foreign runners anyway. My slot went all the way to 2023, 2022 is probably going to be Japan only if it takes place.

Hamburg is on Sunday (12 Sep) and could have anywhere between 10-20k runners, if you include the half marathon. Hard to tell exact numbers since you have to have proof of vaccine or antibodies to run (a negative test is not enough).
Looks like it is full speed ahead, which bodes well for Berlin two weeks later since they are using the same vax or anti-bodies requirement.
