Not true. I guarantee the age of BYU's top seven Runners on cross country is greater than any other top college team
And I also guarantee they have more married runners in their top 7 than any other college team in America
Most schools don't have any married Runners they have several, and they have a bunch of girls that are going to be 23 and 24, yeah some schools have one or two they have like more than five
Again it's not an insult it's just funny that they have a lot of older married women on that team. Honestly they seem like awesome girls and as someone else said they're really attractive and come across as a fun team with good energy but it's just a funny contrast everyone is getting bent out of shape and can't understand funny narrative
It's just like any sports contest when they pick up on a narrative like one team has a lot of veterans and then another team has a lot of rookies it's just a funny little storyline is not a big deal

You guys should tell this newspaper that it doesn't matter and that they're wrong for mentioning it in an article because it's not something that should be ever mentioned
Lying is not a good trait. The average age of their top 7 was 21 last season. There are many teams older. None of the 7 were not regular 4 year students.
Even if that's true which I don't think it is I think they were older than that. They're returning all seven which would make their average age 22 this year. That old for an average age of a college team. Most people graduate at 22 so to that as your average age is old
But anyways cite a source or cite the numbers because I think you're rounding it down or exaggerating. It basically all seniors
Anyway a little poetic license is Justified guarantee you they have more married women than any other team and they're one of the older teams
Let's get back to predictions.
NCAA finish order.
1. Stanford
2. BYU
3. Arkansas
4. NC State
I will give an age group award to NC State for you.
Marriage statistics
In 2005, 51% of BYU's graduating class were married. In the same year, only 3% of Yale's graduating class were married. And as a national average, 11% of the college class of 2005 were married.

Stanford has no chance! Donahue's probably not back, without her they're probably be about 7 or 8 with her their best chance would be third might even be the fourth or 5th
You're just being silly if you pick any one besides BYU or n c state. The only way any other team has a chance would be to have multiple injuries to several of both of those teams top runners. Which is really unlikely.
Stanford is going to win by putting 3 in the top 10.
This is a funny thread. I find it really weird that people would be offended by just mentioning and joking around about the fact that BYU is a little bit older and has a lot of married athletes. It it was definitely pretty funny and it's just a little bit of harmless joking around. Honestly with all the crazy stuff on the internet that seems like a weird thing to get all bent out of shape about

It's possible. Dudek could definitely win it this year, of course she'll have to hold off a hard-charging starliper and Callie Logue. I think those three will probably battle it out for the title
An under the radar team is UNC women. I pick them to be in the top 5.

Good recruiting class! BRynn, l rock at time trials, Brown. Will join Sydney, faster than anyone dribbling a basketball masciarelli.... and be added to a already up and coming team of Sasha, could be an action movie star, neglia,... and taryn, fight and dive to the finish, parks.... probably take them a few years to get better

now you're lying because Anna camp, and Johnston, we're both 5th year seniors last year and will be 6th year student's this year. An Whitney Orton and Musselman will be fifth year seniors this year. Name another school this year that will have 2 6 year runners and 2/5 year Runners as their top five.
Here are the years the top 5 of each team graduated HS in order of finish.
BYU: 2016, 2018, 2016, 2017, 2018
NCST: 2017, 2019, 2020, 2016, 2018
Stan: 2016, 2017, 2017, 2016, 2020
So BYU and Stanford both had two 2016 grads and NC State had one. Stanford's top 4 are older than BYU's top 4. Their freshman #5 makes them slightly younger.
NC State has a younger team because their older runners (Frazier, Mareno, etc) per usual were injured and/or burnt out. They recruit far more talent than BYU but only about one out of three survive the meat grinder. Out of a dozen high school stars on the roster they couldn't get five to the line 100 percent healthy and ready to go.
In contrast to NC State's five NXN/FLN podium finishers on the roster, three of BYU's top 5 never even broke 11 in the 3200 in high school. Coach Taylor is the best in the business.

YOU are the one lying by treating the extra COVID year of eligibility as if it were a normal situation and only applied to BYU.

And BYU has another 2017 in their top seven.
They're definitely one of the oldest if not the oldest team considering they're going to be returning everyone again this year
And what you said about n c State isn't true
Nevada Moreno had a good year she's just hasn't been an elite level cross-country Runner, but has been good. And she ran some pretty good races and had a 4:17 1500, and made it to Regionals
The Fraser sister also ran and had some decent times but did not become a big-time College athlete
But you don't mention that the coach's daughter Ellie hennes, who was not a big-time recruit, was the national champion... several other Runners have had great development under coach hennes

Now you're showing you can't understand simple information and make sensible comments
You said all seven were fourth year when this year two of them were not in the normal 4 years but we're 5th year students
This year which had nothing to do with covid they had 2 students who were beyond the normal 4 years
