He is a monster. 47.3 and clearly slowing down. He will join the sub 47 club and upset Warholm and Benjamin. I see this guy dominating the event for years to come.

He’s had a great season with multiple PRs. While he’s the likely pick for bronze,, I believe he’s got an outside chance for silver if one of Warholm or Benjamin falters badly focused on each other.
both him and Samba are looking ridiculously fit.
I've watched the semi-finals, Dos Santos accelerated to pass Samba and then jogged before the finish line and still ran 47.3
agreed that he is in sub 47 shape and who knows, it might take a WR for Warholm and/or Benjamin to beat him.
I put some money on Dos Santos to win, I like his 11/1 odds.
Yeah, he and Samba looked really good in their semi, unless something is wrong with Warholm or Benjamin though, I don’t see him winning. But I can see him sub 47
Benjamin looked the smoothest going 47.3
Warholm was smooth and probably would have went 47.45 if he didn't pick up the pace to keep his streak
Do Santos looked good but i Didn't look as easy for him.
Samba looked good he would have beaten do Santos had he not hit the hurdle but he was pushing more.
It will take at least 46.6 to win and only 2 guys can do that. But I think that Rai will win in 46.2
Do Santos will be a gold medal threat in Eugene a he is only 21 but not yet.

He looked good, but I did not see anything to suggest he’s faster than Benjamin or Warholm. Of the three, Benjamin looked best in the semis.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
