Has anyone used the runners connect plantar fasciitis injury/rehab program?
No.
I agree with some of it. I found that calf stretching was the best thing. Stretching the gastrocnemius and the soleus several times a day. Holding the stretches for a long time is important. I also found it important to avoid standing up without warming up the foot. You don't want to put lots of stress on the fascia by putting all your weight on it quickly. I also found that the Dr Scholls heel insert for PF helped keep stress off the fascia during every day activities.
