Manangoi came up with ludicrous excuses for missing tests, including getting stuck in a traffic jam heading out of Nairobi to Rongei at 4 am. His 'injuries' and results in 2019, including his very last minute withdrawal from Doha was suspicious, as was the fact that his brother had almost identical problems.
The most promising sign for me that Tim might be a rare elite clean Kenyan is that he's totally blocked his 'best friend' Manangoi from social media since the latter's suspension. That suggests he believes Manangoi was dirty and he wants nothing more to do with him.
