Rai will get it back next week though (:
I just hope they get good conditions. Early July in Sth France, as long as the wind is low should be good.
That WR may last only a week - either could break it! Karsten will be in front at 200 and 300, Rai comes home like a train now running 13s to the end.

Question. How is he and other hurdlers capable of leading with the same leg every time and Sydney cant? I understand their stride lengths are different but is that a normal thing for 400m hurdlers to switch lead legs if they need to or is that just her weird thing?
Because when Warholm dropped from 13s on hurdle 10, he went straight to 15s. Most would only chuck in one more stride, he does 2 and has to chiop his strides. I think he'd be faster going 14 for the last 2 hurdles.
Going 14s is the female equivalent of a male going 13s, but it means she alternates for the first 5 hurdles. Then comes home strong in the last 200m staying on her good leg.

Are you ready for Norwegian gold in the 400H, 1500m and also men's triathlon?!
Hoping WADA sets up another hq in Norway after August
In april 2020 Norway set up mobile homes driving from city to city doing drugtests as the rest of the World halted doping controls for a year due to covid fear.
Ato Boldon told me last week that Rai Benjamin was the "clear favorite" in Tokyo, so I am going with that. I mean, NBC wouldn't hire track announcers who make that sort of mistake, would it?
Suspicious, I’m smelling PEDs

Hahaha. Watching him leaping about before the race, the expression “too juiced to lose” kept running through my head. Would honestly love to know what he was on, but boy was he wired.
I dont think so. wrote:
He runs on puma shoes. No dragonflies needed. (Yes, I understand you were sarcastic)
Nike sucks at sprints! And think about it a minute folks, for high turnover you do not want extra bounce. g = -9.8 m/s^2.
Puma: m100, m200, m400h
Adidas: w400, w800, m400, 100h, m800
Mizuno: w100, w200
Reebok: 110h
Nike: w400h
Considering Nike sponsors way more sprinters than the other brands, this means something.

He's been suspicious. Just look at the way he runs. Hes literally top speed over the full race.
The men's 400m hurdles race has just got interesting just like the women's.
Out in lane 7 helps, no tight turns to work against.
I note he's wearing a tight one-piece uniform. I remember Flo-Jo experimented with a hood to cover her hair. Cyclists are all about reducing drag. Is something going on on that front?

Oh god, those announsers sucked. I mean, they mentioned Rai being the third of all time, and that Rai was the clear favorite. Fine, not to bad, some might argue that. BUT WHY NOT MENTION THAT HE IS GOING TO COMPETE AGAINST THE SECOND ALL TIME! Would it hurt to set up for the epic showdown that we all are waiting for? I have no idea why it is so necessary to make it out like it is Rai and Rai only. He might win gold, but its a lot more fun if the commentators actually enlighten people about his competitors. In norwegian commentary they talk in lengths about Dos Santos, Samba, Benjamin etc.

Been suspious??? Smelling??? What about some evidence? BTW he ran too fast the first 200. The last 100 was not that fast. Why all these conspiracy theories? You ought to have learned something the last 5-6 years. But not so.
Well it's difficult watching the NBC broadcast. They don't mention the starting field in many of the finals. That woman's 400 finals, excuse me, Felix festival, was my breaking point.
Bolden is a good technical guy but his story creating abilities as well as his race calls are lame. Lewis Johnson? Really. Those ESPN ATL meets were painful. Does he look at the bios or does it all get jumbled during the heat of the moment? Mike Tirico should stick to bat and ball sports. Really.
Track is more like horse racing. You really need to know the elements of the sport and sort our lanes 1 through 8 without being confused. Dwight Stones is good or better than any of the current crop sitting in that NBC booth. I should stay in Europe for the Olympics break instead of coming stateside. I will just use a VPN...ok..
I thought Tom Hammond and Carol Lewis were bad but they were average when you compare the team in place now.
highly unlikely all 3 will get gold.

No doubt the lane that he selected, given that the meet was in Oslo.
Rai is gonna smoke Warholm at the Olympics. IMO Rai looked more impressive in his recent race

Did you also say that about your American hero last week?
What you smell is your dirty tongue.

Sure you haven't smoked your socks? Your evidence is ocular and it's also anecdotal. No, Warholm did not have a perfect race. They will meet in Monaco next week. And by the way, Alison dos Santos is getting better and better. In Monaco the scene is set for another new WR. May be Benjamin and may be Warholm.
Can't trust state sponsored agencies with drug tests as we learned from Russia.
Unless it's WADA performing the tests, the results don't mean anything.
