Tupac was great...
If you watched him as Birdie on Above the Rim
Or listened to the lyrics of "Dear Mama," you'd have a snippet of his talent .
It's not his fault that he was shot at a young age.

It's not his fault that he was shot at a young age.
The various arrests, incidents, and shootings he was involved in.
Dude was by no means a peace advocate.
And his music just isn’t good. Lyrics sucked. Underlying beats and melody sucked.

It’s not his fault he ran his mouth and hung out with the wrong crew?
Unpopular opinion: hip hop is not that good.
Give me a break..
Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre hung out with some of the worst hoodlums in Long Beach and Compton, respectively.
Snoop has a son who graduated from Bishop Gorman, went to USC and may play in the NFL.
Dre and beatz....he's making bank.
Neither were good guys. But they were good at their rap.
So was Tupac.
It's never just that simple.

He was a convicted rapist too. A fact that his unprincipled, hypocritical liberals supporters, some right here in this thread, ignore when discussing him. Showing yet again that #metoo and women are way low on the Woke intersectional hierarchy. They just don't believe Shakur's victim, apparently.

Agree with the above.
Tupac wasn’t in any way ‘gangster’ himself
He was interested in social reform and empowerment for young black people.
And he decided to invent ‘thug life’ as a way of trying to reach his target audience with that sort of message.
It wasn’t all that well received in his early attempts as the very people he was trying to reach were well aware that he was ‘acting’.
It seems he got there in the end though.
Umm…Tupac had like 3 “woke” songs that happen to be his artistic peak and are the reason he’s remembered today, and then a zillion drugs/murder/gangs/misogyny songs. Whole, long, awful albums of them.

Actually it is pretty simple. Hang out with good people and your chances of getting shot decrease significantly.
Also, it’s pretty easy to get into any school when your father is famous and has money. Idk though, it’s fully possible snoop’s kid is deserving of the spot, so I won’t chalk it up to that for now.
While People getting shot is sad, I’m not losing sleep over Tupac
