Bromell's PB is 9.8+ yet cannot run sub 19.9 while Lyles PB for 100M is 9.86 and has run 19.50 for the 200M. Different strategy of attack required for both distances.
All of those examples have much better starts than SCR. They are true 100m sprinters with explosive starts. SCR is just getting going at the end of the 100. One would expect the 200 to be her best event, like Joseph Fahnbulleh. But it isn't. I await a quality explanation.
