I'm a Masters runner (mid-40s and around 20:15 for the 5K based on last race), purchased the book and recently started the program, with good results so far.
A question, specifically to the table in 9.4:
"1-2x(1000-400m) moderately anaerobic"
I tried to find in the text, but not sure what the "(1000-400m)" means, is that a range to choose from based on your target race distance (5K for me)?
Also, I'm guessing "moderately anaerobic" is something like slower than tempo, so maybe HM pace?
