What you have seen this year from all the best—SCR, DAS, and now SAFP on the women’s side, and Bromell, Su, Baker, and even Kerley on the men’s side—is a full-on display of excellent sprint mechanics.
Excellent! Matter of fact I don’t ever remember seeing SAFP with this good 2nd-half form, ever. Since she was 10.7 before, it’s easy for me to see her as 10.) or even 10.5 with this form.
I mean, seriously! This is FULL-ON 100m woody time. Seeing these women race will be an epic clinic in the 100m if they can all execute. Look at that pawing of the ground. Look at that hip position. Look at the power applied. Look at the timing.
