Currently 180 pounds (5 foot 9). I ran a 19:40 5k. What could I run if I lost 30 pounds?

43yr old, 5'6", 183lb, "husky" runner who runs 10-15mi a week. No idea what my 5k time is but I can jiggle through a 12:00 solo 2 mile.
What's my 5k if I:
1. Actually trained.
2. Lost 30 pounds.
3. Took Jamin's dating advice?

Always frustrating to get passed by you turkeys
A long time ago when I was 5'10" and 143lbs I ran:
800 1:54 (didn't run it that often)
Mile 4:09 although it was much closer to 4:10
3K steeple 8:55 (them barriers suck!)
5000 14:10
10K road, twice under 30 on legit courses 29:56 and 29:52.
Now at age 62 I'm still 5'10" but weigh 205lbs run about 10 miles a week but road cycle a lot. Most of my 2-3 mile runs are at about 8:30 pace. If I cut out daily ice cream and beer, what could I run a 5K??
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
