I think he would be more in the range of 8:25y, maybe even faster. If he’s in 3:51 mile shape I would think he could run 2 4:10s.
7:45-7:55 shape for 3000.
I can see HK going that fast. 8:25y not out of the question. I think he would be a lock to take down the 8:29.4 HS mark.
