If you’ve been vaccinated, that means you believe you have a weak immune system and are susceptible to catching a bad case of COVID, a scenario with an extremely small chance of happening. You have lived the last 14 months assuming you and everyone in close contact with you are sick.
So now you are vaccinated, but why would you go back to normal life? You changed your whole lifestyle for more than a year due to the fear of something happening to you which has less than a 1% chance of happening.
Why would you go back to normal now? Why would you get in a car anymore? There’s an extremely small chance of you getting in a bad car accident, and since you make life decisions based on these small possibilities, it doesn’t make sense to ever get in a car again. And why would you stop ever wearing your mask? Someone might have the flu and pass it on to you, or have some other virus that you can catch! In fact, another pandemic could happen at any time, so you should always be careful right? Isn’t this how you should live your life now?
