Haven't you guys learned your lesson? CBA chokes at NXN every year since they won. But the CBA JV just hops on lets run and overhypes them. Stop, they are overrated, say something if they win NXN cause no one wants to hear it.

True. CBA does better in track than XC and there are other schools that have a similar group of nonseniors this year too.
honestly, a miss and a half, CBA's finish at NXN this year wasn't as much them choking as it was their top 7 was rattled with various diseases. This year, barring any diseases or injuries, CBA is definitely going to be in the conversation. With the addition of Wyatt "The Moment" Falkowski, them taking home the trophy is more than possible. Even after the class of 24 graduates the depth that CBA possesses is incredible. Joe Barrett 25, The Moment 26, Schmitt 25, Mastroly 25, Hnatt 26 all of which are well under 10. Oh and how could I forget the legendary tandem of Egg and Shibles who will be competing for individual titles at NXN next year. Saying they are overrated is incredibly irrational, seeing as they are one of few national powerhouses that are in the conversation year after year. When CBA manages to put it together on the big stage, it will definitely be something to watch, led by The moment, egg, and shibles.
I got to speak with the electric duo of egg and shibles at the frosh Soph state meet, both said that they have been taking each race as an “easy run” and going to bring the heat when it comes time for the important races to prevent burn out. Both have posted time trial prs of 4:07 and 4:08. Can’t wait to see what cbas true superstars can do.
And what team do you run for... CBA?
I mean no, ur wrong. While I'll give it to you, the moment is great and you guys have a great future, we have jimmy, and evan weber. These two will go 1-2 on you at every meet for the next year+. Weber is preparing to fully unleash his potential at NPA, let alone Jimmy is back in full form. Maybe focus less on posting on lets run and focus more on how you intend to stop the dynamic duo.

Today the alogrithim recommended that I watch a Seth video from 2018. In it a clearly ill Seth tells us that day's vlog is about two things: 1. Teaching us how to tie our shoes in a runners knot. 2. Defeating his illness by going to bed at dusk and sleeping to dawn.
Seth starts teaching us how to tie his runners knot by removing the show laces from a neon yellow pair of New Balance's and putting the screaming yellow laces onto a black pair of Nikes. As Seth is lacing up the shoes, he says that he's going to analyze his knot at the end of the video.
Seth then cites that he learned the Runners Knot at the Runners Roost in Denver in 1998. Seth then explains that the runners know allows you to cinch the shoe laces down, stabilizing the heel. He helpfully spells out the word cinch for us. Seth then goes off on a tangent about how much he hates heel slippage. Seth then goes to the back yard of a much smaller home and asks people who are having a hard time learning the runners knot to comment and says he will walk them through it.
A much different channel than the one this thread is about is my conclusion. That one, which was more successful (his video got 564k views, today's was at 5,600) was much more low key. People could identify with Seth because he was living, and struggling, like them. Then the channel went big time and his channel became aspirational. This happens with YouTube channels all the time. I like Seth's 2018 video better.

I clicked on the wrong thread. Sorry.
look how many guys CBA has and returns
14 sub-9:46, and another freshman 9:51
they have a lot of young talent that could break out and established talent. if your whole squad can run a time equivalent to 9:05-9:15 3200 then you have a good shot at an nxn title
