I have had similar symptoms as runners dystonia, but not as bad as some people. I just haven't been able to run on the road for the last 3 weeks without coordination issues in my leg. It is as if after 45 minutes my calf gets real stiff and my leg acts funny, but after stopping there is no issues. I also can't run more then 45 minutes with the issue showing up. I have been doing a lot of glute exercises and stuff to help and notice some positive results, but nothing overnight. I can do some workouts on the grass with no issues at all. Anyone found a way to deal with this? I hear rest, like not running, makes it worse,hence the reason l cut back and only do one workout a week on grass, and possibly a second lighter workout, but nothing else but 40 to 45 minutes a day besides that and everything on the grass.
