The fastest I’ve ran was 16:07 in XC, but I’ve gotten decently faster since then.

Lifetime-
800m - 1:57.5
1500m - 4:02
Mile - 4:21
3000m - 8:45
5000m - 15:22 (also through 5k in sub 16:00 in a 10k).
10k - 32:22
On the other side of that, when I was around 38/39 I ran a 4:31 road mile, with a 60 second last quarter, but couldn't break 16:00 for 5k.
I was probably shorter distance oriented, lacked cruising speed, but ran the last 400m of my best 1500, mile and 3000m all around 60 sec. As I went up in distance, I couldn't make up as much time with a fast finish.
I did also run age graded 14:58 5000m and 3:54 1500m equivalents as a master when I was 53.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
