Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share this video of myself beginning my journey to hitting Sub-11. I'm currently obese (See body scan in video) and recently ran a 12.90 at a local track meet.
I began losing weight and going to the gym in January this year for a 2021 body transformation (5.5kgs down so far) and quickly grew an interest to sprinting.
As of April I have started training more specific to the 100m sprint, doing 2x sprint sessions per week, 6x gym sessions per week, 2x plyometrics sessions per week, as well as playing indoor/outdoor soccer on Mondays and Saturdays for cardio for my weight loss; very busy!
If you have any sprinting tips I would really appreciate it!!
