I had to cutback for the last almost 2 weeks. I still ran , but cutback close to 60 percent of my normal running and still did one light workout. I am having to still continue this for at least another week or so. That is going to make 3 weeks that l had to cutback. It's not like l have been sitting on my butt or will be. I am wondering if l will lose any fitness or maybe will l come back faster? I kinda was feeling tired when this injury happened and it was definitely effecting my ability to run fast. Also l am 48 and have been eating like l normal do for the last 2 weeks, but l am running 60 percent less. Will that cause me to gain a lot of weight? Again l have run every day, just less and only one double so far in close to 2 weeks .l usually do 3 a week, but l have only done 1 in almost 2 weeks.
