I don't think it has anything to do with benching "350 lbs" but more how the guy is built. A guy who benches 350 but has that blocky, bulky powerlifter look isn't that attractive to most women. Women, based on studies, are attracted to muscular, lean aesthetic looking guys. So, if the guy who benches 350 has a lean, aesthetic look then that will be attractive to many women.
I had one experience with an accomplished marathon runner who is 5-7, 125 lbs and at the time was dating a 5-8, 130 lb fast 5k runner dude. She dated for him for about 7 months before breaking up and going out with me. She said she was never that sexually attracted to him because she almost weighed as much as him and that he was very skinny with no muscular development. She found my muscular but lean & aesthetic physique very attractive and enticing enough to go out - because I'm only average looking (at best) and not rich. Lol.
Bodybuilder & fitness model Joe Lindner interviewed some women at his gym on what they want physically with a man - the consensus was a six-pack and a muscular but aesthetic look:
And for us short dudes - got to get muscular to get our foot in the door:

In no particular order, because every woman and every relationship is different, here's a list of things that are more important than whether a person is fast or strong (or rich, since the bitter old men of the board think that's so important):
1. Sense of humor.
2. Kindness.
3. Respect.
4. Fun to be with.
5. Sense of style.
6. Communication.
7. Intelligence.
8. Compatability.
9. Honesty.
10. Being good at something real (video games do not count).
There's been good research in this area and physical features are more important than people want to think (or believe). There initially has to be some kind of physical attraction first for any of those other factors you highlighted to even matter. The first sense we experience with someone is usually visual stimulation (whether in person or looking at dating profile of someone, etc.). How many times do you see an attractive person that catches your attention or you're out for a run and you turn your head to look back at them as they pass by you. As far as know, I don't think people do that stuff with someone they perceive as ugly & unattractive.
Not sure if you meant to reply to me or not, but I left physical attractiveness off my list because I thought it went without saying and because most men tend to place too much importance on their own appearance.

Yeah where did they get the idea to place importance on that? Perhaps from the opposite sex
Ask Mary Slaney, she has been married to both.

Every other girl on an XC/track team I've been on, they have never really had long relationships with one another.

If you buy into being happy in your personal life helping with your training/running then the answer is clearly the muscles
