Personally I think the wizard is misunderstood on this website. What I mean to say is that the wizard may have success with some athletes with less success with others and that will be the same with a lot of coaches.
On the plus side, the wizard seems to have good knowledge about athletics, and the wizard himself was a quite decent athlete running 29 minutes for 10,000 m in his heyday.
