Who you got winning/any predictions?
-BYU will repeat on the women's side
-NAU will crush everyone
-Nico Young will win it all (assuming Mantz doesn't run until he's 27)

NC State women will win and place 4 in he top 10 and one in the top 20! The strength of the Pack will be on display this fall!
Stanford, Oregon, Notre Dame, NAU, BYU are the top 5 mens teams in no order.
Kiptoo gets revenge individually.

I suspect Arkansas will be tough next year as well.

What year is Kiptoo in college?

If they return Steelman and a once again healthy Clairmonte and Tuohy they will be tough. A healthy Starliper would be icing on the cake.

BYU recruit Carmen Alder ran 10:07 for 3200 today, so more bench strength is coming.
Hey Has any team ever run in formation the whole race? Or a good majority of the race?
I think NC State might have five, and possibly more of their Runners able to run with the lead pack, or in formation near the lead
Savannah Shaw just ran a 1540. That's really fast. They might have five or six Runners capable of running 5Ks in that time frame
Just curious anyone ever seen anything like that? If you run in formation you could definitely save a bit of energy and have the security of your teammates around you
Could be pretty cool. NC State is adding Brooke rauber. And we could see if starliper or Claire Walters can return to form. Or if maybe another one of their Runners can step up and be able to run front of the pack
Also NC State is expecting their whole team back. Anyone know about other teams?

Diljeet Taylor said in a recent interview that everyone will be back for BYU, with the possible exception of Whittni Orton, who might turn pro, but that's yet to be determined.
this is so hard to predict because we literally dont know who will be in the NCAA next year. Cooper was sounding like hes intrigued by the idea of coming back to oregon to win all three team titles next year. if the oregon boys return everyone (they all have cross eligibility) they will win... now is this likely, probably not.
Slightly unrelated, if drew hunter woulda went to college he woulda still had eligibility to be on this current oregon team... think about that dmr

I would still take NAU in a rout even if Oregon ran everyone

Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
