Would appreciate some advice.
I generally run approx 50miles a week, mainly volume work without too much speedwork.
About a year ago I ran a 5km in 17:10 in new Next%s. They probably have about 50miles in them now.
Ran a 17:15 5km in some new epic reacts a couple weeks back.
Anyone have any experience of how much the Next%s slow after about 100km?
Will race in my not so fresh Next%s in a couple months
