Jake from State Farm gets it. Look up interview with Shelby. She runs 80-85. Centro as posted this on his insta story a few times. 80-85. On the Peaked2Early Podcast Grant Fisher said he is running 70-75. Cranny has talked about lower volume due to injury. Bumbalough's retirement interview said he ran around 90 when he was with Jerry. Teg could only handle 80-85 or else he'd break (and he did). People hear about Bairu, Solinsky and Nelson running 110-130 but I get the impression that Jerry didn't tell them to do that. He let them do it but they did it on their own too. From some of the Solinsky 10-year anniversary of 26:59 interviews he makes it seem like Jerry wanted him running less.
I highjacked this thread. The point is that more isn't always better. People were wondering why Fisher is running way better than McDonald. McDonald has been on strava a bit and has been open about his training with team Boss. He ran like 80-85 in college. He's running over 100 consistently now. I'm not convinced it's the best move form him yet but the jury is still out on that one. He's healthy and running pretty well but Fisher is definitely running better.
