They didn't run
Some of the Texas A&M women’s runners were scratched from the open 400 too. One of them had the fastest time going into the meet besides Mu’s time. Not sure what happened but the coach mentioned something in an article on their website about some issue with the way the meet was run.
Someone injured or decision by the coach?

They did not run any of their fast 400 m runners
during the 400, the announcer mentioned that a&m had multiple girls out for covid protocols, and mentioned syaira richardson by name. i'd guess charokee young was out too since we didnt see her
I got the sense from the article that coach didn’t agree with whatever happened and it also affected the men’s relay team - did they scratch also?
they ran, but not their "A" team minus bryce deadmon
they ran brandon miller, and their other guy allon clay. i dont think either of them have run below 47, ever.
They had a few positive tests this week but lost the majority of the athletes due to contact tracing. That was why Coach Henry didn’t agree with the decision
As I understand, SEC did testing the day of the meet, rather than a couple days before like usual and that's why they had to hold people out for contact tracing.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
