Running 45-50 mpw, my last two workouts were:
8x300m, with 100 jog rest, 200 jog rest after 400: 47.9-47.0-46-44, 45-45-44-43
6x400, 3x200, 200 jog between reps, 400 after every 3 reps: 61-60-61, 61-63-62, 29-28-28.

Guess that 800m is 1:58, and 1600m is 4:25, based on that workout.
