What are his odds?
What are his odds?
It's sounding like the Olympics aren't happening this year, so I guess 0% odds in that case.
Were they to occur, then I think Jenkins has at least a 70% chance of making the team if he shows up to the Trials healthy.
Given that only like 3 people have the standard, I would say close to 100%
I’d say 1 in 277.4
I don’t care to make up any odds, but I think if he stays healthy he’s probably the second best bet to make the team.
My guesses at this point:
10k
Lomong
Jenkins
Kipchirchir
5k
Chelimo
Centrowitz
Fisher
Olympics are "back on" (they were never actually off), so I would say pretty likely. Who does he have in front of him - Lomong, possibly Chelimo, Kipchirchir and Korir? I think he could squeak by for third, especially if Chelimo sticks to the 5.

he looked pretty good in the December meet. i’d say 80%. he’s prove to have a decent kick too, not massive but enough to get the job done

Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
