Okay, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt because I don't know you and perhaps the poster who said you have to grow into your body is right. BMI suggests 18.5-25 is healthy, but right now you would be well underweight at your height until you reach at least 125 pounds. The fact that you want to gain weight is good and suggests you do not have an eating disorder, which is good. You will be a better runner at 130 pounds if you continue to train, guaranteed.
