anyone know have any info on flordia state's type of training? High milege/ low milege, quanity over quality or what?
They are currently running between 80 -100 mile's a week, doing more threshold training type workouts(longer reps) with a long run of 15-18 mile's once a week.
It's on run-insight.
I often see them running on hilly trails in and around Tallahassee. I'm not sure about their workout specifics.
