I'm a mediocre high school distance runner but I'm fairly confident that I haven't reached my potential as I've never done any serious aerobic training in all my years in high school. I started writing my own training plan in March when my team disbanded due to COVID and I'm very happy with what I've learned and written out, but I've struggled with minor injuries and feel I could use a more knowledgable person to help guide me along. If anyone knows somebody, is somebody, or can point me in the right direction towards somebody who might be able to help me out, it would be much appreciated. Happy winter holidays to all!
