I think I know the feeling. They usually come and go with me. I'm not sure what the cause is, but it didn't do anything to me.
You were low on sodium. Be careful. Drink some gatorade on the run or adjust your diet/fluid intake beforehand.
Or try taking a nice long bum shit in a nearby bush
